System pop-up Real Time Clock Error message when power on
1. Please turn the switch to ON position which would charge the internal battery.
2. Please plug AC power adapter to charge tablet and has better to 100% (4~6 hours) then power on tablet again. Once the battery has power, it won't have RTC error message again.

1. Please make sure the DashON utility available on your tablet. If it is installed correctly, DashOn icon should be displayed in Desktop. If not, please contact technical service representative for more instruction.
2. Open DashON and find brightness field, enable "Auto" to make Light Sensor automatically adjust brightness.
Is it possible to open both front and rear webcam at the same time?
Due to system design, either front or rear webcam can be used one at a time.
There is no sound from Audio Input/Output?
Right click on speaker icon in task bar, and select "Recording devices". Click "Microphone", and select "Properties" and go to "Levels" tab to adjust MIC recording level and MIC boost gain accordingly.
How to calibrate touch screen for Windows Platform?
The touch screen has been fine-tuned for Windows environment. There will be no necessary to manually set up it.
How can I change my Windows desktop icon size?
For Windows 7
1. Go to Start → Control Panel → Display → Make text and other items larger or smaller.
2. Choose "Medium - 125%" or manually customize the text size by "Set customer text size (DPI)".
3. Click Apply in the main Display Window then click Log off now to save changes.
For Windows 10
1. Go to Settings → Display → Scale and layout
2. Select item under Change the size of text apps, and other items.
3. Or you can manually customize text size under same field.
4. It will automatically apply your change to display.
Where can I find the Windows Embedded Windows 10 IoT product key to do Windows Activation?
Windows 10 IoT provides activation check/activate via Internet. If your tablet's OS originally come from RuggON, you can just skip the activation product key fill in at 1'st startup setting. Once the OS boots up, make sure the Internet connect well. OS activation will auto executive after few minutes.

System cannot power on
VX-601 has two power modes for user preference which can be activated through DashON. If you want to use power source via power adapter, please disable "ACC Input Detection". To turn on the system, please follow the directions below:
Press power button to turn on the system.
When VX-601 is in "Non-ACC mode" (*Default is Non-ACC mode), the device will not auto power off when the power supply is removed (charged from UPS battery instead), please use windows commend to fully shut down the device.
When VX-601 is in "ACC Sense Mode", please follow the directions below: - When the system is off, switch the ignition from off to on, the system will turned on/delay on. - When the system is off and the ignition is off, press the power button, the system will be turned on/no delay on. - When System is off and the ignition is on, press the power button, the system will be turned on/no delay on.
The internal battery just acting as backup battery (UPS), please do not use it as main power source to operating VX-601.
